Antonija Šarić is an experienced HR and legal professional with over 20 years of expertise in human resources management, legal affairs, and education within the hospitality and tourism industries. She currently serves as the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager at MPPD d.o.o. (Accor Hotels: Mövenpick & Pullman Zagreb), where she plays a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing HR processes, implementing new payroll systems, and strategic workforce planning.

Throughout her career, Antonija has held various positions, including Head of Human Resources at SDA Croatia d.o.o., managing employment within the international zone of Zagreb Airport, and Head of Employment and Development at HUP-Zagreb d.d., overseeing HR strategy at Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera, Mlini, and Astarea hotels. She has also held legal roles at Atlas Travel Agency d.d. and Hotels Maestral d.d., providing legal support in business operations and labor relations.

Antonija was also a lecturer at the University of Dubrovnik, teaching courses in organizational behavior and human resources management across programs in hospitality, restaurant management, business economics, and tourism.
