From fast-paced bars and restaurants to the precision of luxury yachting, her career has taken her through every layer of hospitality, including working with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, alongside a leading EQ psychologist, and most recently serving as COO of a superyacht company. Tash has led teams, built systems, and trained crew in high-pressure, high-expectation environments where “good” is never enough, and quality is measured in the smallest details.
Now the founder of Beyond Service, she works with hotels, restaurants, and yachts to elevate not just service standards, but the way teams think, communicate, and show up.
